Consumable Hemp Retailer License Application

The licensing and regulation of Consumable Hemp Retailers is authorized in the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Hemp Code, Section IV(1). These rules are promulgated pursuant to Section III(8)j) of the Hemp Code. Any person or entity seeking to sell Consumable Hemp Products on the Territory of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe shall be required to obtain a license from the Rosebud Hemp Commission. These rules shall be binding on every Person authorized to operate as a Consumable Hemp Retailer on the Territory of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe.

The license application fee, including any renewal thereof, for an Established Business shall be $1,000 per year, as the Commission may adjust from time to time in its discretion. The license application fee, including any renewal thereof, for an Entrepreneur Business shall be $250 per year, as the Commission may adjust from time to time in its discretion. An Entrepreneur Business a business that has been operating for less than five (5) years. An Established Business is business that has been operating for five (5) years or more.
